• Lead and manage multiple overhead door installation and service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore, coordinating resources effectively.
• Oversee procurement processes, including construction estimating and cost management, to optimize project profitability.
• Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, construction regulations, and quality control protocols.
• Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate communication, progress updates, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulatory requirements and safety policies across job sites.
• Utilize project management tools like Prolog or HeavyBid for project scheduling, tracking progress, and managing budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety practices while managing construction schedule coordination.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, change orders, and progress reports for transparency and accountability.

Experience

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on overhead door systems or related trades.
• Strong background in construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Prolog, Bluebeam, Civil 3D or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced construction environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies.
• Familiarity with construction estimating, cost management, project budgeting, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction plans review.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Construction site experience emphasizing safety protocols and adherence to OSHA or other relevant regulations.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
