ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES

We are looking for someone who can sell, lead, follow up, and bring energy into the building every single day.

This is not a position for someone looking to simply sit behind a desk and collect a paycheck. Our Assistant Manager works directly with prospects, members, and the sales team to help grow the gym.

Your primary responsibility is SALES.

You will be expected to:

• Make outbound calls and texts to leads
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Book appointments and gym tours
• Conduct tours and membership consultations
• Close new memberships
• Follow up with missed appointments and old leads
• Help drive daily and weekly sales goals
• Keep the team focused and accountable
• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day club operations
• Provide members with a professional, high-energy experience
• Help maintain the overall appearance and standard of the gym

We want someone who is competitive, confident, coachable, dependable, and comfortable talking to people.

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Fitness industry experience is a plus, but we care more about your attitude, work ethic, and ability to produce results.

You must be comfortable with goals, expectations, accountability, and being measured by performance.

If you need to be constantly reminded to follow up, make calls, or complete basic responsibilities, this position will not be a good fit.
