**Responsibilities**

The Brand Graphic Designer creates self\-service toolkits, templates, and brand asset libraries that help colleges, departments, and sub\-brands produce compliant communications while allowing the central creative team to focus on strategic and executive priorities.
- Design, launch, and manage a comprehensive library of self\-service templates (via Canva for Enterprise, Adobe Express, or similar platforms) for use by campus communicators. Work with campus partners to identify areas of need and future template expansions.
- Develop standardized, plug\-and\-play toolkits for recurring campus needs, including event flyers, digital signage, social media avatars, and presentation decks.
- Provide brand consultations and training sessions for internal marketing and communications personnel across campus, teaching them how to effectively utilize the design systems. Gather feedback and improve training offerings.
- Assist in evaluating brand identity requests from various campus groups, ensuring clarity between academic, institutional, and marketplace sub\-brands. Serves as representative to the director of branding when needed.
- Provide art direction and design support for major, university\-wide strategic initiatives, internal marketing and communications conferences, and high\-visibility institutional campaigns. Collaborate closely with fellow University Marketing graphic designers to ensure brand cohesion at all levels of university activity.
- Commit to continuous learning by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies. Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team. Mentor team members on branding principles, ensuring ongoing skill development through on\-the\-job training and staying updated with industry publications and training.
**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience or a combination of post high school education or experience equal to six years.
