Position: Sales Representative

Position Summary: Flora Fresh Inc. is an employee-owned wholesale floral, plant, and floral supply distributor located in Sacramento, California. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales through account growth and development. Your role is to build new relationships with prospective customers and to foster stronger relationships with existing customers.

Compensation:

· $70,304-75,000 annually

Regular Duties:

· Generate and follow through on sales leads within the floral and event industries

· Visit prospective and existing accounts to capture new business opportunities

· Assist in new account setup and introduce new clients to their account representative

· Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data

· Accurately track, record, and report sales efforts

· Meet personal and team sales goals

· Follow-up/check in with new accounts to ensure successful business relationships

· All other duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

· At least 21 years of age.

· Advanced skills using Microsoft products including Excel, Outlook, and Teams

· Proven sales experience

· Track record of over-achieving quota

· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

· Valid driver's license with insurable driving record and ability to travel within the greater Sacramento area

· Floral and/or event industry experience

Working Conditions:

· Regular travel within Northern California and Nevada.

· Day shifts Monday-Friday based on client’s availability and needs

· When onsite at Flora Fresh, the office environment is not temperature controller and can vary from cold to hot as outdoor temperatures change.

· Must be able to consistently work around plants and flowers of different varieties.

Pay: $70,304.00 - $75,000.00 per year
