FITNESS SALES SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be fitness minded and understand how to sell fitness memberships.
• Set daily goals for yourself and surpass company expectations.
• Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this
• Must be proficient in selling fitness, multiple modalities and studio classes
• Ensure that you can communicate studio concepts
• Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events
• Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same
• Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
• Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out
• Eager to continue to learn about your profession and skill development.
• Be timely well dressed and ready to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Sales is encouraged but not required
• Work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week/ weekends
• Experience working with others and motivating a team
• Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
• Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
