Occupational Therapist (OT) – Thumb Region, Michigan

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated OT who is licensed in Michigan and ready to provide exceptional care in patients’ homes and outpatient settings. This position offers the freedom to choose your schedule, full-time, part-time, or anything in between — with paid mileage reimbursement for visits throughout Huron, Tuscola, Sanilac, and nearby counties.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services that help patients regain independence and improve daily living
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, compliant records
• Collaborate with a caring team focused on quality care
• Travel regularly within the Thumb region to see patients

What We’re Looking For:

• Michigan Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience (home health/outpatient preferred)
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Thumb region
• Flexible and adaptable to different patient needs and schedules
