We are seeking a Full-Time Personal Injury Attorney.

We are seeking a personal injury attorney to handle cases in pre-litigation and litigation for personal injury cases related to motor vehicle collisions with 3-7 years of personal injury experience.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• highly organized and analytical
• high levels of empathy and patience
• exceptional attention to detail
• strong relationship building and client-facing skills
• understanding of current legislation and regulation within personal injury law

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluate cases
• All tasks related to handling a personal injury docket
• Assist in signing up cases with our intake team
• Releasing clients on cases that you are designated as lead.
• You will have discretion on fee sharing agreements with your referral and origination sources.
• You will have discretion on all strategic decisions made on cases in which you are lead counsel
