About this role

About FintechOS

FintechOS is the AI platform for financial product operations. Credit unions and banks use it to launch and change lending, account-opening, and servicing journeys without replacing their core.

The platform sits on top of the core an institution already runs and alongside its CRM, bringing together financial data models, workflows, and pre-built integrations. Solutions are delivered with systems integrator partners.

FintechOS is expanding in the US, starting with credit unions and community banks. You will join the founding US team and help build the sales playbook rather than inherit one.

The opportunity

We are looking for an Account Executive to create and convert new-customer demand across a focused portfolio of US credit unions and community banks.

You will develop named-account strategies, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and lead complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles from initial engagement through signature. Your priority market will include credit unions with approximately $1 billion to $10 billion in assets, with selected community and regional banks also within scope.

This is a hands-on sales role . You will remain accountable throughout the entire opportunity, including account planning, qualification, business-case development, solution alignment, procurement, negotiation, and contract completion. Following signature, you will ensure a structured transition into Customer Success and Solutions.

As one of the first sellers in the US organization, you will also turn market insight, customer conversations, wins, losses, and objections into a repeatable sales playbook.

What you will do

Build and convert a focused pipeline

  • Own the sales plan for an assigned portfolio of named US credit union and community bank accounts.
  • Build and maintain a balanced pipeline aligned with company revenue priorities and product strategy.
  • Develop account-specific entry strategies using market signals, executive networks, industry events, partners, and account-based marketing.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities based on customer urgency, strategic fit, value potential, competitive position, and ability to execute.
  • Establish relationships with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, Presidents, Chief Lending Officers, COOs, CIOs, and other business and technology leaders.
  • Represent FintechOS at relevant US financial services events and executive forums, translating market feedback into actionable commercial and product insight.

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles

  • Own opportunities from initial discovery through commercial negotiation and signature.
  • Use MEDDPICC or an equivalent methodology to validate customer pain, measurable outcomes, decision criteria, decision process, economic buyer, champion, competition, and contracting process.
  • Establish a clear, mutually understood close plan with measurable customer commitments and agreed next steps.
  • Build customer-specific business cases connecting FintechOS to outcomes such as faster time to market, greater product agility, and more efficient operations.
  • Coordinate discovery sessions, solution workshops, demonstrations, and RFP responses with Pre-sales, Product, and other internal specialists.
  • Bring Forward Deployed Consultants into late-stage opportunities to help prospects build and validate their own products or journeys on FintechOS.
  • Navigate procurement, information security, vendor management, third-party risk, regulatory, and legal reviews without creating unapproved commitments.

Own commercial outcomes and forecast quality

  • Take responsibility for an annual new-logo ARR target and maintain sufficient qualified pipeline coverage.
  • Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and negotiation plans within approved commercial parameters.
  • Protect recurring revenue quality, professional services economics, contractual clarity, margin expectations, and discount discipline.
  • Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, including opportunity stage, value, probability, customer decision path, risks, and next actions.
  • Provide timely, evidence-based forecasts and escalate pipeline gaps, slippage, and deal risks early enough for action.
  • Lead internal deal reviews and secure the necessary approvals before communicating commercial or delivery commitments to customers.
  • Disqualify opportunities when there is insufficient evidence of customer need, executive access, value, or a credible decision process.

Work effectively across the ecosystem

  • Co-sell with Channel Managers and relevant technology and implementation partners to create and progress partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Mobilize the appropriate FintechOS specialists while maintaining clear ownership of the customer relationship and sales process.
  • Partner with Marketing on account-based campaigns, executive engagement, industry events, and content aligned with priority-account needs.
  • Build trusted relationships across business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and procurement.
  • Capture customer objections, competitive insight, talk tracks, wins, and losses to strengthen the US sales playbook.
  • Share structured market feedback with Product and go-to-market leadership.

Ensure a disciplined customer handoff

  • Transition signed customers into Customer Success and Solutions with expected outcomes, scope, assumptions, stakeholders, executive sponsors, risks, and commitments clearly documented.
  • Align internal and customer teams on success measures and implementation expectations before the sales process is considered complete.
  • Help establish the conditions for customers to achieve measurable value and become reference-ready.

What you bring

  • A demonstrated record of closing complex enterprise SaaS or platform deals with US credit unions, community banks, or banks.
  • Experience selling to senior financial institution leaders, including CEOs, Presidents, Chief Lending Officers, COOs, and CIOs.
  • An established network of decision-makers across the US credit union or banking ecosystem.
  • Experience owning significant revenue targets and leading multi-quarter new-logo sales cycles.
  • A strong understanding of the priorities of US financial institutions and how they modernize customer and operational journeys on top of existing core systems and alongside their CRM.
  • The ability to create quantified business cases and communicate value credibly to executives, operational leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating complex buying groups involving business, technology, procurement, security, risk, compliance, and legal teams.
  • Sound commercial judgment across subscription pricing, professional services, scope, discounts, negotiation, and margin.
  • Fluency in MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.
  • Disciplined use of Salesforce or a similar CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong written communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
  • The ability to travel regularly within the United States for customer meetings, partner activities, and industry events.

Experience that would set you apart

  • Experience selling lending or deposit origination, digital account opening, onboarding, decisioning, servicing, or cloud-based financial technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with governed AI use cases in lending workflows, including document intake and application review.
  • Experience building a new market or customer segment within a venture-backed or high-growth software company.
  • Relationships with credit union leagues, credit union service organizations, banking associations, technology providers, and systems integrators.
  • Familiarity with financial institution procurement, vendor management, third-party risk, and information security reviews.
  • Experience working with financial services CRM platforms or banking-specific CRM ecosystems.

How success will be measured

  • Achievement of an annual ramped new-logo ARR quota.
  • New customers signed from the focused target-account portfolio.
  • Qualified pipeline creation, coverage, progression, and conversion.
  • Contribution from partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Win rate, competitive position, and average sales-cycle length.
  • Forecast accuracy and CRM data quality.
  • Deal quality, including recurring revenue mix, margin, discount discipline, and contractual risk.
  • Clear and complete handoffs into Customer Success and Solutions.
  • Customers progressing toward measurable outcomes and reference readiness within 12 months of signature.
  • Actionable contributions to the US sales playbook.

How you work

  • You are outcome-driven and resilient, with a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • You distinguish genuine buying signals and customer commitments from activity that does not advance an opportunity.
  • You are commercially astute, intellectually curious, and comfortable asking direct questions.
  • You challenge assumptions respectfully and are willing to disqualify opportunities that lack a credible path forward.
  • You operate effectively in an evolving environment while maintaining rigorous execution and attention to detail.
  • You collaborate without ego and know how to orchestrate specialists without losing ownership.
  • You are credible with senior executives and equally attentive to the commercial, technical, and contractual details required to close a complex agreement.

Why join FintechOS?

This is an opportunity to help build FintechOS’s US business at a formative stage.

You will work with senior leaders at credit unions and community banks to help them launch and change financial products faster without replacing the core systems they already run. You will have meaningful influence over the US sales motion, target-account strategy, customer messaging, and go-to-market playbook.
