**About Us**

Fidelity Real Estate is a technology\-driven real estate brokerage serving the vacation ownership industry from our headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

We build and operate internal and consumer\-facing platforms that power timeshare resale, rental, inventory management, partner integrations, data processing, and other transaction workflows across multiple brands.

We're continuing to expand our internal engineering capabilities and are looking for a developer who enjoys building production systems, solving complex data problems, and owning projects from development through deployment.

**Role Overview**

We're looking for a **Full Stack Developer with 4\+ years of professional experience** to build and scale web applications, APIs, integrations, and data\-processing systems.

Our primary application stack is **Laravel, PHP, Vue 3, Inertia. js, MySQL, and Redis**, with **Node. js services** supporting data processing, integrations, and other backend workloads.

A major focus of this role will be building and improving a data platform that ingests inventory from multiple sources, normalizes and maps that data, processes large datasets in the background, and distributes information to internal applications and external partners through APIs.

You'll work across the stack and take ownership of features from technical design through production deployment.

We expect developers to be comfortable using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar agentic development tools throughout the development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, debugging, refactoring and documentation.

**What You'll Work On**

• Build and maintain production applications using Laravel, Vue 3, Inertia.js, and MySQL.
• Design and develop REST APIs used by internal applications and external partners.
• Build background jobs, queues, workers, and data\-processing pipelines.
• Import and process large CSV, XML, JSON, and Excel datasets.
• Normalize and map data coming from multiple external systems.
• Build Node.js services for data processing, integrations, and supporting workloads.
• Design database schemas and optimize queries for applications working with large datasets.
• Build responsive, component\-based interfaces using Vue 3\.
• Integrate third\-party APIs and partner systems.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Debug production issues across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Help make architectural and technical decisions as our platforms continue to grow.
• Own features and projects from technical design through deployment and ongoing improvement.

***Core Technical Requirements***

**Backend**

• Strong professional experience with **PHP 8\+ and Laravel**
• Laravel Eloquent, migrations, queues, jobs, events, and service architecture
• REST API design and development
• API authentication and authorization
• Experience with Laravel Sanctum or similar authentication systems

**Frontend**

• Strong JavaScript skills
• **Vue 3**, preferably using the Composition API
• Component\-based application development
• HTML and CSS
• Tailwind CSS or similar utility\-first CSS frameworks
• Vite and modern JavaScript tooling

Experience with **Inertia. js** is highly desirable.

**Data**

• Strong **MySQL** knowledge
• Relational database and schema design
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience working with large datasets
• Data imports, transformations, mapping, and normalization
• CSV, XML, JSON, and Excel processing

**Node. js**

• Experience building backend services with Node.js
• Express or similar Node.js frameworks
• Background processing and asynchronous workloads

**Engineering**

• Git\-based development workflows
• Automated testing
• Debugging production applications
• Writing maintainable, well\-structured code
• Ability to understand and document existing systems

**Preferred Experience**

Experience with any of the following is valuable but not required:

• Salesforce integrations
• Third\-party API integrations
• ETL and data synchronization between systems
• Bash scripting

**Qualifications**

• 4\+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong PHP and Laravel experience
• Professional experience building applications with Vue.js
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Experience designing and working with relational databases
• Experience maintaining production web applications
• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly with other developers and stakeholders

Experience building **SaaS products, data platforms, API\-driven applications, or integration\-heavy systems** is especially relevant.
