Business Analyst(Finance)

Job Title: Finance Business Analyst Location: St. Louis, MO Type: Long Term Contract Role Summary Seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst to work with senior Finance and Operations stakeholders on requirements, financial metric definitions, data validation, and AI-driven analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, reporting, and analytics requirements.
• Define financial metrics, formulas, business rules, and data sources.
• Validate financial data and reports using SQL.
• Lead UAT with business users and obtain sign-off.
• Collaborate with data, AI, and offshore engineering teams.
• Required Skills 8+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience in Financial Services.
• Experience in Wealth Management, RIA, or Broker-Dealer environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of Revenue, Cost, Margin, EBITDA, AUM, Fees, and Advisor Compensation.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering experience.
• Must be US-based and available during US business hours with some India overlap.
• Preferred Snowflake, Power BI, LookML, dbt Metrics, GenAI/LLM analytics.
