About this role
FC Tulsa Sales Academy
FC Tulsa is seeking high-character individuals who are passionate about becoming sales leaders in the sports industry. The Sales Associate role is designed to provide an entry-level opportunity to learn the fundamentals of professional sports ticket sales while developing the skills, habits, and mindset necessary to build a successful career in the sports industry.
This opportunity is a 12-14 week program to learn the ins and outs of professional sports ticket sales and service.
The FC Tulsa Way
At FC Tulsa, we believe sales development starts with establishing the right habits, building strong relationships, and taking ownership of your success. Every Sales Associate is expected to embrace the FC Tulsa Way throughout their development:
1. Refine Your Sales Process
Don't skip steps in the sales process. Build rapport, understand the customer's needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and ultimately find a problem you can solve. People buy from people they like and trust.
2.
Manage Your Pipeline
Own your pipeline and your performance. Consistently prospect, follow up, schedule meetings, move opportunities forward, and create new business. Your pipeline should always reflect the work you are putting into it.
3. Own Your Data
Be meticulous with your CRM activity and notes. Every conversation, meeting, opportunity, and follow-up should be documented accurately. Your data tells the story of your business and allows you and your leadership team to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Be Hungry
Bring energy, competitiveness, curiosity, and a willingness to do the work. Be hungry to learn, hungry to improve, and hungry to win — while remaining a great teammate and representative of FC Tulsa.
Sales Associates will receive consistent coaching, training, and feedback from the FC Tulsa leadership team. The expectation is that Associates will take the coaching they receive and apply it to their daily sales activity.
