The

Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to patients of ages 10+, including preventive screenings, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, diagnostic testing, and patient education.

The FNP will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and support quality care initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of primary care provider level experience
• Current, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Accredited physician assistant or advanced practice nursing degree and national certification
• Current BLS or ACLS certification
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
