Dual Operations Manager

It’s time to bring a new Dual Operations Manager to lead our team at the Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Flamingo Crossings. We are seeking an energetic and creative leader to oversee multiple departments with a focus on F&B and Front Office. This position will ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising all departments in the absence of the GM and/or the AGM.

The ideal candidate will strive to cultivate an environment where employees feel empowered to make decisions and deliver superior guest experiences.They must also be a true hospitality enthusiast and demonstrate self-confidence, energy, enthusiasm, and--most of all--lead by example.

Our Food and Beverage offerings are always evolving and we are seeking a candidate that will lead the charge with creativity, analytics, and a lot of taste tests to get it right!

This position will require you to be moving around for extended periods of time (standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time) and taking a hands-on approach to your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping).Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for the Operations manager – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
