Sales Manager - Book Distributor - Publisher’s Rep/B2B/Sales/Commission Based

• 2–5 years of experience in book sales, publishing, distribution, or retail or wholesale sales (entry-level candidates with strong bookselling backgrounds may be considered).
• Strong knowledge of the book trade: ISBNs, discount structures, returns, backlist vs. frontlist, and how bookstores and libraries buy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and order or inventory systems.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s licence (if the territory requires it).
