- Support product launches by developing rollout plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and monitoring adoption and customer feedback.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of customer behavior, product performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate product portfolio performance and recommend new features, enhancements, or product initiatives based on evidence and business value.
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership around product priorities and objectives.
- Establish and promote effective Agile, Lean, and data-driven product management practices.
- Provide strategic product leadership and contribute to FFP's long-term product vision and innovation roadmap.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Lean product development and experience working closely with engineering and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, resources, and product timelines.
- Experience with product metrics, analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
