About this role

Job Description Senior Product Marketing Manager - Exxat One

Location: New Jersey (preferred) — open to remote within the U.S. Eastern Time zone

Team: Marketing / Exxat One

Type: Full-time

About Exxat:

Exxat is the market leader in technology for experiential and clinical education, supporting 1,000+ program and school partners nationwide. Across health sciences, teacher education, and beyond, Exxat helps institutions manage placement coordination, compliance and credential tracking, assessment, and academic partnerships.

Exxat One is our site-facing platform, purpose-built for health systems, hospitals, and large integrated delivery networks (IDNs) to centralize placement coordination, manage availability across service lines and locations, and strengthen partnerships with academic programs.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the omnichannel plan that raises awareness of Exxat One and pulls qualified prospects into our funnel.

This is not a go-to-market ownership role — instead, you will build and run the integrated, multi-channel strategy that gets Exxat One in front of health system and IDN decision-makers, earns their attention, and moves them from first touch to engaged, sales-ready prospect.

You will partner closely with product marketing, content, and sales, and bring deep healthcare insight to campaigns that build brand presence and feed pipeline.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the omnichannel marketing plan for Exxat One — email, web, paid media, social, webinars, events, content syndication, and ABM — to drive awareness and top-of-funnel demand among health systems and IDNs.
  • Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns that move prospects from first touch to qualified, sales-ready engagement.
  • Build and optimize the top and middle of the funnel: audience targeting, lead capture, nurture, scoring, and clean hand-off to sales.
  • Develop deep understanding of the IDN buyer — clinical education leaders, workforce development, GME/health professions offices, and procurement — and map the right message and channel to each stakeholder and buying stage.
  • Partner with product marketing and content to turn positioning into compelling campaign assets and offers — webinars, guides, case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership.
  • Create and brief high-impact top-of-funnel content grounded in healthcare and SaaS credibility.
  • Own channel performance end to end: test, measure, and iterate on messaging, creative, targeting, and spend to improve reach and conversion efficiency.
  • Run audience and market research and competitive intelligence to sharpen targeting, positioning, and campaign strategy.
  • Define and track funnel and campaign metrics — awareness, traffic, lead volume, conversion, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution — and report results to leadership.

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years in demand generation, growth, or B2B marketing roles, with a strong track record running multi-channel campaigns in B2B SaaS.
  • Direct experience marketing to or working with healthcare systems and large integrated delivery networks (IDNs) — this is essential.
  • Fluency in how enterprise healthcare organizations evaluate and buy technology: long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, procurement, security, and compliance considerations.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute omnichannel campaigns that generate awareness and demand in a technical, regulated market.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of launches, campaigns, or content you can point to.
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership, and driving work end to end with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical mindset — fluent with funnel, campaign, and pipeline metrics and comfortable using data to prioritize and prove impact.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus but not required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare education, clinical/experiential education, HR tech, workforce development, or EdTech.
  • Familiarity with the clinical placement, compliance, or credentialing landscape.
  • Experience launching new products or modules in a growth-stage or PE-backed software company.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in New Jersey and we strongly prefer candidates in or near NJ for in-person collaboration. We are open to remote candidates located within the U.S. Eastern Time zone, with availability to travel to customers, events, and team gatherings.

Exxat is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
