Account Manager

The Opportunity

Growth creates opportunity! Our J. Downend Landscaping branch in Crum Lynne, PA is seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach.

As an Account Manager, you'll:

• Build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
• Manage all customer communication within the client portfolio.
• Partner with clients to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
• Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.

• 3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization and conflict management abilities
• Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and demonstrate careful attention to detail
• Determination to exceed the goals of the position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
• Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
