  • Demonstrated ownership of content design initiatives or experiences across the product development lifecycle, from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
  • Strong proficiency in content strategy, information architecture, user-centered design, writing and editing, and communicating complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and technology teams and using research, metrics, experimentation, or feedback to inform content decisions.

*

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing and evolving content systems, patterns, guidelines, or frameworks that support consistent experiences across multiple products, platforms, or domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content design approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and align content solutions with broader product, customer, accessibility, and organizational objectives.
  • Track record of improving content and operational excellence through reusable patterns, streamlined workflows, documentation, automation, and disciplined measurement of outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-driven tools or workflows in content design, research, experimentation, or production, with the ability to apply AI/ML concepts safely to improve content quality and customer experiences.
