HR Manager Opportunity | Houston, TX

We are partnering with a private equity backed multi-entity organization on a confidential search for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support 2 business units in Houston and 1 for Austin.

*Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition

*Employee relations and workplace investigations

*Payroll administration and process improvement

*Benefits and HRIS administration

*Employment law compliance and policy management

*Leadership coaching and workforce planning

*Multi-location HR support and business partnership

The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR operations independently, supporting multiple locations or business units, and building scalable processes while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. Strong employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and payroll experience are essential.

Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Base salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + bonus opportunity
