About the role

Evolve Health is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to be the main provider in our clinic. Patients come to us for easy access to a provider they trust, and that's you. You'll meet with new patients, build simple plans around their goals, and help them start a membership that fits.

You'll also lead the clinical side of the clinic and support a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Patient consults: Meet with new patients, review their history and goals, and create a clear treatment plan.
• Memberships: Explain programs and pricing in plain words and help patients get started in the same visit. Recommend what's right for them, never oversell.
• Clinical decisions: Make all clinical decisions and write and maintain the standing orders the team follows.
• Team support: Be available to the nurse and staff for questions, and help with treatments when the clinic gets busy.
• Patient follow-up: Check in on progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Charting: Keep charts accurate and close them out daily.
• Inventory: Review supply orders and resolve any medication or inventory issues.
• Training: Train new team members on clinical procedures and standing orders.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Current DEA registration, or able to get one
• Experience in wellness, aesthetics, primary care, or a similar clinic setting preferred
• Comfortable with IV therapy and injections
• Clear, friendly communicator who can explain care simply
• Comfortable having sales conversations without pressure
• Team player who stays calm in a fast-paced clinic

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
