About The Role
The role owns end-to-end UX design for core product surfaces - from early discovery and research through final handoff with engineering teams building the implementation.
You will work directly with product managers, researchers, and engineers on problems where usability, accessibility, and visual craft all matter equally, shipping work used by millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma for web and mobile product experiences
- Plan and run usability studies, user interviews, and concept tests; synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
- Own and evolve design system components, documenting patterns and specs that engineers can implement without ambiguity
- Partner with PMs and engineers through sprint execution, reviewing builds and ensuring shipped quality matches design intent
- Define success metrics for design work and validate through A/B tests, analytics, and post-launch evaluation
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma or ProtoPie to communicate interaction models and pressure-test concepts with real users
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and leadership, grounding decisions in research evidence and business context
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of UX design experience shipping products at scale, with a portfolio demonstrating both process and craft
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variables, and collaborative prototyping
- Hands-on research skills: usability testing, interview moderation, synthesis, and turning insights into design decisions
- Strong interaction design fundamentals and working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Experience working within or contributing to a design system in an agile product environment
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS), motion design skills, or experience designing for data-heavy B2B products
