UX Designer

About The Role

The role owns the design of user-facing experiences end-to-end — from early discovery and wireframes to polished, production-ready interfaces used by thousands of customers daily.

You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to solve problems where usability, accessibility, and visual craft all matter equally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for web and mobile applications
• Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
• Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system, maintaining component libraries and documentation in Figma and Storybook
• Partner closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, including responsive layouts and interaction details
• Apply accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) across all design deliverables and audit existing flows for compliance
• Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively while defending user-centered decisions
• Analyze product analytics and user feedback to identify friction points and prioritize design improvements

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional UX/product design experience, with shipped work on production web or mobile applications
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, variables, and collaborative prototyping
• A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process, not just final visuals — must include case studies showing research, iteration, and outcomes
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
• Experience designing against design systems and contributing reusable components
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience with user research methods (moderated testing, diary studies), motion design, or front-end basics (HTML/CSS)
