We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services throughout the City of St. Louis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up additional visits while having flexibility to work around their current schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Complete patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility.
• Communicate with physicians and the care team regarding patient needs and progress.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Episodic Pay:

• Routine Visit: $60
• Start of Care / Resumption of Care: $130
• Evaluation: $80
• Re-evaluation: $60
• Recertification: $100
• Agency Discharge: $80

Additional rates apply for weekends and holidays, along with other visit types.

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
