Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatments, therapeutic exercises, gait and mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress and update plans of care as needed.
• Complete daily notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain proper clinical standards.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
