GENERAL MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER — RESTAURANT GROWTH & EVENTS

Mid-City – Los Angeles, CA

We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy and growth-oriented restaurant manager to lead the day-to-day operations and help take an established Ethiopian restaurant to the next level.

Our restaurant has proudly served the community since 1985 and features full service restaurant, along with a separate 100-person private dining for group reservations.

We are looking for someone who can do more than manage the restaurant—we want someone who can help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff
• Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, vendors, and service
• Increase restaurant traffic, customer retention, and sales
• Develop and grow private dining bookings
• Build relationships with past and potential event clients
• Develop local advertising and marketing strategies
• Manage social media and online reviews
• Identify local influencers and marketing partnerships
• Research community events and opportunities to increase awareness
• Develop new customer and business opportunities
• Track marketing, sales, hall inquiries, bookings, and results
