Trade Show Booth Designer — Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Las Vegas, NV — On-site
ET EXPO INC is a Las Vegas-based trade show exhibit design and build company. We are looking for a Trade Show Booth Designer who can create strong 3D concepts and also understand how a booth will actually be fabricated and installed on the show floor.
This position is available as either full-time or part-time
, depending on experience, availability, and portfolio. Part-time schedules can be flexible based on active projects and deadlines, but this is primarily an on-site role in Las Vegas.
What You’ll Do
- Create custom trade show booth concepts and 3D renderings
- Develop floor plans, elevations, and production-ready drawings
- Design inline, peninsula, island, and larger custom exhibits
- Translate client branding and requirements into practical booth designs
- Revise designs based on client feedback
- Work closely with sales, project management, fabrication, and installation teams
- Review dimensions, graphics, lighting, furniture, and display placement
- Occasionally support on-site booth reviews or installations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in trade show, exhibit, retail, event, interior, or environmental design
- Strong 2D and 3D design skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar software
- Ability to prepare accurate floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings
- Understanding of fabrication, materials, modular systems, lighting, graphics, and construction details
- Ability to design within real-world booth dimensions, budgets, deadlines, and venue requirements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio showing relevant booth, exhibit, retail, or environmental design work
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Flexible part-time scheduling based on project workload
- Some additional hours may be needed around major trade show deadlines
- Occasional on-site booth review or installation support may be required
