Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Clinic

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $50–$60 per hour, based on experience

Essential Clinic is expanding our multidisciplinary healthcare services and is seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada.

This is a full-time outpatient position offering a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. The selected Physical Therapist will also have the opportunity to play an important role in developing and growing Essential Clinic's new Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility, and recovery.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, treatment documentation, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other members of the clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies, payer requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Participate in the development and growth of Essential Clinic's Physical Therapy department.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or other qualifying Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Nevada licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
