Duties

• Gather and clarify business needs through requirements analysis and business analysis; document workflows and processes using tools such as Visio.
• Query SQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, and manage queries to prepare data for analysis.
• Support extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, linked data, database design, and data model design.
• Build reports and dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, and other data analytics tools.
• Collaborate on Agile projects, project management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) analysis; communicate findings through clear visualizations.

Requirements

• Strong data analysis and analytical skills, with experience in analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard development.
• Working knowledge of SQL and SQL databases; familiarity with Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; Excel data analysis skills, including VBA, are useful.
• Understanding of SDLC, requirements analysis, ETL, database design, and data model design; familiarity with Talend is preferred.
• Technical proficiency with tools such as Bash (Unix shell) and Visio is helpful. Be ready to explain your approach to data quality, query management, and communicating insights.

Pay: $86,700.00 - $132,400.00 per year
