About this role

Litigation Attorney:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to own a caseload of contested commercial collections matters. As the senior attorney on each matter, you will set strategy, appear in court, and guide junior attorneys and paralegals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on litigator with at least five years of commercial collections litigation experience who knows MCA agreements, UCC remedies, and the common defense arguments these cases turn on.

Epstein & Fahrenkopf LLP

Epstein & Fahrenkopf LLP (“E&F”) is a New York-based law firm focused on creditors’ rights, commercial collections, and complex credit recovery. We represent leading merchant cash advance (“MCA”) providers and alternative lenders in matters ranging from early-stage collections and negotiated resolutions to litigation, judgment enforcement, and UCC remedies.

Led by Harvard Law School graduates, our firm blends deep legal expertise with technology innovation to build a scalable, results-oriented collections practice. We work closely with our clients to develop strategies tailored to each matter, with an emphasis on maximizing recovery and resolving matters efficiently.

Joining E&F means becoming part of a growing, entrepreneurial law firm where attorneys and operations professionals work closely together and team members are given meaningful responsibility and ownership over their work. As the firm continues to expand, we are looking for motivated professionals who want to grow with the organization and play an active role in building a best-in-class commercial recovery practice.
