Senior Technical Project Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced **Senior Technical Project Manager** to lead critical Identity \& Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including a large\-scale enterprise migration from Okta.

In this role, you will spearhead high\-impact security modernization projects, partnering closely with cybersecurity, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, seamless, and compliant access controls across our technological ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**

• Lead the end\-to\-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex IAM and identity migration initiatives (including the migration from Okta) on time and within scope
• Partner closely with information security, architecture, software engineering, and business stakeholders to define project roadmaps, migration strategies, and technical milestones
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate security risks, technical dependencies, and system integration bottlenecks during identity migrations
• Drive Agile/Scrum best practices, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, retrospectives, and cross\-functional team alignment
• Track project timelines, budgets, and success metrics (such as user migration rates and security compliance benchmarks) to ensure optimal efficiency
• Establish robust change management and communication strategies to ensure minimal disruption to end\-users and business operations throughout the identity transition

**Requirements**

• 7\+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with a dedicated focus on Identity \& Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or enterprise security transformations
• Proven hands\-on experience leading large\-scale enterprise identity migrations (specifically involving Okta to other modern IAM platforms or cloud identity solutions)
• Deep understanding of IAM principles, authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, SCIM), and enterprise security best practices
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical security concepts and executive leadership goals
• Strong analytical, risk\-management, and problem\-solving abilities, utilizing data\-driven insights to track migration health
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); relevant security or project management certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, CSM) are a strong plus

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations.

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $90,000 \- $140,000\. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
