Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Life and annuity domain business analysis and process knowledge
• Requirements elicitation, workshops, user stories and traceability
• Acceptance criteria, process mapping and stakeholder management
• Leadership of BA workstream and onsite coordination

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and business-process analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage scope/traceability
• Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules
• Coordinate product, architecture, engineering, QA and offshore Bas

In addition, should be able to do the following

• Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore
• Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite-offshore coordination across

distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work

independently while following enterprise governance and security standards
