Investment Banking domain knowledge

to drive product vision, backlog management, and delivery across capital markets or banking technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and compliance partners to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Skills/ Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Investment Banking stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Work closely with Agile teams, Scrum Masters, developers, QA, UX, and architecture teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prioritize features based on business value, regulatory needs, risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and product release discussions.
• Support end-to-end delivery across areas such as deal lifecycle, capital markets, client onboarding, trade processing, reporting, workflow automation, or regulatory initiatives.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations, compliance standards, and operational requirements.
• Track delivery progress, resolve blockers, and communicate status to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and product enhancement opportunities.
