System Security Engineer

Entech is seeking an experienced System Security Engineer . Looking for an SME for the Qualys platform and associated vulnerability management capabilities. Must have done configuration, and automation of Qualys.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical engineer and SME for the Qualys platform and associated vulnerability management capabilities.
• • Provide technical direction for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing engineering of Qualys scanning capabilities.
• • Establish and promote engineering standards and best practices for scanning, reporting, integrations, automation, and platform operations.
• • Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues and partner with infrastructure, security, cloud, application, and vendor teams as needed.
• • Mentor other engineers and help develop deeper Qualys and vulnerability management expertise across the team.

.Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Extensive experience of Qualys platform and associated vulnerability management capabilities
• Scripting/ Automation using AI
• Looking for a Senior Engineer.
• Must have hands-on experience, knowledge, scripting experience and excellent communication skills.
• This person will be interacting with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: $52.00 - $58.00 per hour
