SAP Basis Platform Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including upgrades, patches, and support packages
• Monitor SAP Basis landscape performance, availability, and system health
• Manage SAP transport management system (TMS) and oversee system landscapes
• Perform SAP user administration, role management, and security configurations
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP project implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Support SAP HANA database administration and cloud platform integrations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and platform engineering
• Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA environments
• Experience with SAP system migrations, upgrades, and refresh activities
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows server operating systems
• Familiarity with SAP cloud platforms such as SAP BTP or SAP on AWS/Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
