Enigma Marketing & Travel Solutions is a boutique incentive travel and corporate meeting planning company with more than 25 years of experience creating extraordinary experiences around the world. We're looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Indianapolis team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves design but is also interested in expanding their career into the exciting world of international travel, luxury hospitality, and corporate events. What You'll Be Doing Graphic design will be your primary responsibility. You'll play an important role in developing the visual identity and creative materials for our clients' incentive travel and meeting programs.

Your work will include

Designing high-quality brochures, invitations, presentations, and promotional materials. Creating logos, event branding, and visual identities for incentive travel programs. Developing destination marketing materials for exceptional locations around the world.

Designing event signage, welcome materials, itineraries, and custom merchandise. Creating digital graphics, email communications, and client-facing presentations. Collaborating directly with our team to take creative concepts from initial ideas through final production.

Working with outside printers, production vendors, and promotional merchandise suppliers. Beyond Design We're a small, collaborative team, and everyone plays an important role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

For the right person, this position also provides an opportunity to learn the incentive travel and corporate meeting planning business, including program development, destination research, event coordination, and potentially traveling onsite to support programs. Who We're Looking For A degree in graphic design or a closely related field. Ideally 2–7 years of professional graphic design experience.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. An impressive portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, layout, and branding skills. Experience designing for both print and digital applications.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Someone who enjoys working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative personality.

A genuine interest in travel, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences. Experience in the meetings, events, or travel industry is a plus, but not required. We're much more interested in finding an outstanding designer with the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
