Diverse Clinical Experience

Unlike traditional orthopedic outpatient clinics, Ascend provides opportunities to develop expertise across three major specialties:

Vestibular Rehabilitation (40%)

• BPPV and positional vertigo
• Vestibular hypofunction
• Vestibular migraines
• Dizziness and balance disorders

Neurological Rehabilitation (30%)

• Stroke rehabilitation
• Parkinson's disease
• Gait and balance disorders
• Neurological conditions

Orthopedic Rehabilitation (30%)

• Spine, shoulder, hip, and knee conditions
• Sports injuries
• Postoperative rehabilitation
• Musculoskeletal injuries

Who We're Looking For

• Recent Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) graduates preparing for the NPTE
• Newly licensed physical therapists
• Experienced physical therapists interested in orthopedic, neurological, or vestibular rehabilitation
