Entry-Level Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in data analysis, problem-solving, and transforming raw data into meaningful business insights.

As a Data Analyst, you will work with different datasets, prepare reports, create dashboards, identify trends, and support business teams in making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform data extraction and manipulation using SQL.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights from business datasets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Support senior analysts with analytical projects and ad-hoc reporting.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, data visualization, and statistical concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
