We work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from professional riders and equestrian businesses to established brands, bringing their stories to life through creative, strategic, and visually compelling content.

The Role

We're looking for a highly creative, design-driven Content Creator & Graphic Designer with an exceptional eye for aesthetics, strong graphic design skills, and a genuine passion for social media.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves turning ideas into beautiful, engaging content. You'll be designing social media graphics, editing videos, creating Reels, and helping shape the visual identity of multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

We're not looking for someone who simply follows templates. We want someone who brings fresh ideas to the table, has a strong sense of visual storytelling, and genuinely enjoys the creative process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing high-quality, visually compelling social media graphics, carousels, and posts.
• Editing short-form videos, Reels, and TikToks with strong attention to pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
• Editing and enhancing photography and video content to meet each client's brand aesthetic.
• Bringing creative briefs and content concepts to life.
• Working across multiple client accounts, each with its own unique brand identity and visual style.
• Staying on top of social media trends, design trends, and creative best practices.
• Collaborating with our content, strategy, and creative team to develop engaging content.
• Contributing fresh ideas and creative concepts that elevate our clients' social media presence.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional graphic design skills and a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual composition.
• Advanced Canva skills are an absolute must. You should be confident creating polished, professional designs from scratch.
• Strong video editing skills, with advanced knowledge of CapCut and Instagram Edits.
• Excellent photo editing skills and an eye for visual consistency.
• A strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and what makes content perform on each platform.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think beyond templates and bring original ideas to the table.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain different brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to take feedback and apply it quickly.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and genuine enthusiasm for creative work.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous experience working with a social media or creative agency.
• Familiarity with the equestrian industry.
• Experience with motion graphics, animations, or advanced video editing techniques.
