The ideal candidate must have a strong background in financial services, accounting, business administration, and management.

We are looking for a professional who can lead employees, oversee financial activities, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure company procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily business operations.
• Supervise, train, and support administrative and operational employees.
• Review financial transactions, accounting records, and operational reports.
• Monitor cash handling, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Prepare and review budgets, financial statements, and performance reports.
• Assist with business planning, development, and operational improvements.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and internal procedures.
• Coordinate with ownership and management regarding business performance.
• Support regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in financial services or a related industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Experience supervising employees and managing business operations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting or financial software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information.
• Knowledge of banking, money transmission, currency exchange, or financial regulations is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
