Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population across outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, and community-based care environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, clinical guidelines, and best practices.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Provide discharge planning and education to patients and their families to ensure safe transition from treatment settings to home or community environments.
  • Support patients across various settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital units, home health visits, and rehabilitation centers—especially working with geriatric, pediatric, neurological, orthopedic, and outpatient populations.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques essential for effective treatment planning.
  • Experience with outpatient rehabilitation center environments and inpatient hospital settings is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) management and clinical documentation standards.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs while adhering to clinical guidelines.
  • Excellent client communication skills to educate patients on treatment goals, exercises, and home care strategies.
  • Familiarity with discharge planning processes for acute care patients and those transitioning from hospital to community care.
  • Working knowledge of specialized areas such as orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, trigger point therapy, and home & community care experience.

Pay: $65. 00 - $75. 00 per hour
