Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

A locally-owned orthopedic out-patient clinic located on the white shores of Destin, FL is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to start full-time/part-time (4 day work week option). We are a small clinic who prioritizes patient centered care.

As such we have a one-on-one patient to therapist model. We are looking for someone who can add value to our growing clinic.

Services that our clinic offers in addition to general orthopedic out-patient services include: dry needling, game ready cold compression, pelvic floor physical therapy, vestibular therapy, TMD therapy, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and taping.

We primarily treat orthopedic conditions but seek those that have experience with or a desire to pursue specialized skills in pediatric, pelvic floor, neurological and/or vestibular conditions.

We are looking for those with a passion for treatment while maximizing productivity and minimizing office/clerical tasks. Qualification

Florida PT license in good standing (or willing to obtain BEFORE start date)

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
