Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Looking for Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Emed Multispecialty Group We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to patients. You will work alongside physicians, NPs and a dedicated support staff.

Responsibilities

Provide acute, chronic, and preventive care, including annual wellness visits and screenings Diagnose and manage common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, asthma/COPD, depression, and anxiety Order and interpret labs and imaging; prescribe medications, including controlled substances per state scope Coordinate referrals and transitions of care with specialists and hospitals Educate patients and families on disease management and health maintenance Document accurately and on time in EHR system, currently using Ecw, experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate from an accredited NP program Active, unrestricted FL APRN license Three years of primary care experience preferred Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approachSchedule Monday–Thursday 8 AM–5 PM NO AFTER HOURS Collaborating physician support on site Compensation and Benefits Hourly starts at 55 based on experience Medical vision insurance Two weeks PTO plus paid holidays CME allowance Malpractice coverage paid Why Join Us A collaborative team that values NP autonomy and professional growth On-site lab / imaging/ care coordination A practice that values work-life balance, no weekends, no after hours.
