Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant – Men's Health & Primary Care

Embody Health Texas is a private, owner-led wellness and primary care practice. We are not a corporation. We practice whole-person, root-cause care with unhurried visits, comprehensive labs, and long-term patient relationships.

We are expanding into men's health, and we're looking for the nurse practitioner or physician assistant who will lead it.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary provider for our male patients: primary care, hormone optimization, testosterone therapy, and metabolic and weight-loss care
• See female patients as overflow
• Interpret comprehensive labs and build individualized plans
• Perform venipuncture and IV starts
• Follow every patient's care through to the finish — we "go the distance"
• Help shape our men's health protocols and program

What we're looking for

• Texas NP license with national certification (FNP preferred), or Texas PA license with NCCPA certification (PA-C)
• DEA registration, or able to obtain before start
• 2+ years of NP or PA primary care experience — required
• Venipuncture and IV skills
• An independent, critical thinker who thrives without micromanagement
• A hard worker who genuinely wants to pour into patients
• Bonus: men's health/TRT, IUD/LARC, nutrition and wellness, or GLP-1 experience
