WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:

• MUST have current AZ PT License
• MUST have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• MUST have a valid CPR

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualized care plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CPR certification and physical therapy licensing requirements.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
