About the Opportunity

Elite Relief MD is a rapidly growing interventional pain management practice in Davie, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team two days per week, with a strong opportunity to increase days and grow into a full-time role as our practice expands.

You will work alongside Dr. Kelly De Souza, who is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. This position focuses primarily on office visits, medication management, and follow-up care.

At least two years of clinical experience as an NP or PA in interventional pain management and fluency in both English and Spanish are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and established patients with acute and chronic pain.
• Obtain medical histories, perform examinations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Provide medication management within your scope of practice and practice protocols.
• Conduct follow-up visits to assess treatment response, monitor progress, and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and treatment options.
• Conduct clinical visits and explain treatment plans in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Coordinate care with the physician and office team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in interventional pain management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct clinical visits in both languages.
• Active, unrestricted Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current national certification appropriate to your profession.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• An organized, dependable, patient-centered approach.

Schedule and Compensation

• $65–$80 per hour, depending on relevant interventional pain management experience and qualifications.
• 1099 independent contractor position.
• Initially two 8-hour weekdays per week, totaling 16 hours.
• Flexible workdays, coordinated with the practice.
• In-person work at our Davie office.
