Accounting Manager

Overview

Seeking a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to work directly with the owner and accounting team of a residential real estate building and development company.

Duties

• • College education preferred, particularly in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• • Any age is welcome.
• • Previous experience is not required.
• • Strong interest in accounting, financial management, and real estate investment.
• • Excellent organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• • Accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• • Comfortable working with financial records, budgets, reports, and transactions.
• • Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
• • Interested in a long-term professional career.
• Career opportunity:
• Hands-on training and exposure to company accounting, with new AI systems financial reporting, project budgets, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, project profitability, and real estate investment analysis.
• The goal is to develop this individual into a key member of the company, with the potential to advance into an Accounting & Financial Management Manager position.
