About this role

Nurse Practitioner — Eau Claire (Part-Time with potential for Full-Time) Elite Hormones | In person | 24 hrs/week

About Us Elite Hormones is a cash-pay wellness clinic with locations in Eau Claire, Wausau and Madison. We focus on hormone optimization, medical weight loss, growth hormone and peptide therapy, and sexual health. Our patients are engaged, motivated and invested in their care and our model gives providers the time to treat them well: 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for follow-ups.

We provide discreet, personalized and convenient care, and we build long-term relationships with our patients.

The Role

We’re looking for a provider to lead and grow our Eau Claire clinic. You’ll be the primary clinician on site, responsible for delivering excellent care, retaining patients and building the practice. This role suits someone who wants ownership of a clinic’s success and is energized by growth.

This position reports to the Medical Director and works closely with our Clinical & Operations Director.

What Success Looks Like

  • A growing, loyal patient panel in Eau Claire, with strong retention and follow-through on treatment plans
  • Timely, complete clinical work: charting within 24 hours of each visit and lab results reviewed within 72 hours of receipt
  • Efficient use of scheduled hours
  • Being an active, reliable part of a small team that depends on each other

Responsibilities

Clinical care

  • Conduct thorough H&P exams, in person and virtually, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Evaluate, prescribe and monitor hormone therapy (male and female), medical weight loss (GLP-1s), growth hormone and peptide therapy, and sexual health treatments, in collaboration with the Medical Director
  • Perform pellet insertions (training provided)
  • Order and interpret labs and testing and communicate results and recommendations to patients promptly
  • Authorize prescriptions and refills, and provide nutritional guidance, including recommending Elite Hormones’ private-label supplement line
  • Triage patients, recognize abnormal findings and follow clinic protocols
  • Draw blood and give injections when nursing staff are unavailable

Patient relationships and growth

  • Build rapport and stay accessible to patients through the EMR, phone, text and email
  • Educate patients so they understand their treatment and become self-reliant
  • Know all Elite Hormones services well and make appropriate recommendations
  • Support patient retention and clinic growth, including community and referral relationships in the Eau Claire area

Team and operations

  • Review intake paperwork and patient history before each visit
  • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records in the EMR (Optimantra)
  • Stay current on internal communications daily, and take part in team meetings and huddles
  • Help with administrative tasks such as invoicing, recurring billing setup and medication ordering
  • Communicate professionally and constructively with the entire team

Required Training

  • Attendance at Evexias training in Grapevine, TX, January 15–16, 2027 (paid; travel, hotel and registration covered by the clinic)

Required Qualifications

  • NP: unrestricted, active Wisconsin license
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field: family or internal medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, endocrinology, urology, or hormone/wellness medicine
  • Active DEA registration
  • BLS certification
  • Genuine interest in preventive medicine, nutrition and wellness

Preferred

  • Hormone therapy and/or pellet experience
  • Experience building or growing a patient panel

What We’re Looking For

A dependable team player who takes initiative, communicates clearly, manages their time well and wants to help build something bigger than themselves.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Eligibility for a quarterly production bonus
  • Paid time off (accrued)
  • Annual CME allowance
  • 401(k) with Safe Harbor contribution after 6 months
  • Malpractice coverage
  • Employee discounts on products and services

Schedule

Part-time, 24 hours/week, with potential for additional hours as the Eau Claire patient census grows. Set clinic days in Eau Claire, with some scheduling flexibility, including evening or Saturday-morning options if preferred.
