The Role

This is a B2B hunter role, not a desk job. You find solar, electrical, roofing, HVAC, and other home-improvement contractors who can’t get financing, and you sign them as partners. Then you keep them producing.

You’ll be on the phone, in the DMs, at their shops, and in their trucks. You build this program from the ground up, and you build the process as you go.

What You’ll Do

• Cold call, DM, and visit contractors daily
• Run in-person meetings with owners and sales managers
• Sign partners from first contact through signed agreement
• Onboard partners and train their reps on our financing and process
• Keep every partner active and submitting deals
• Build the playbook: pitch, objections, onboarding steps, tracking
• Report pipeline and signed partners weekly

What You Need

• 2+ years of B2B sales with a record of signing accounts (dealer, distributor, channel, or contractor sales preferred)
• Solar or home-improvement financing knowledge, or the drive to learn it in 30 days
• Comfortable walking into a contractor’s shop unannounced
• Self-managed, organized, and on top of every lead
• Excited to build something that doesn’t exist yet
• Valid driver’s license, willing to travel

Results You’ll Be Measured On

• Partners signed per month
• Deals submitted through your partners each month
• Partner activation: signed partners that actually produce

You’re a hunter who wants to own a program, not just a quota. Pay starts hourly or salary based on experience. Your commission is tied to every deal your partners run through us, so your income grows with your book.

Location

Rocklin, CA with travel across Northern California. Some remote days.

Pay: $52,765.00 - $199,800.00 per year
