Business Analyst II Location : Waukesha, WI Hybrid 1 : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Business Analyst II is responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements. How You Will Make An Impact Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.

Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues. Ensures EVV encounters are accepted by the state, leading to appropriate risk coding and rate assumptions, and helps maintain EVV protocols.

Supports the Ops Director in completing contractually-required reports to the state regulator. Works with enrollment and billing to monitor member share. Partners with claims and LTSS providers to resolve claim processing issues and support payment within contractually required timelines.

Supports LTSS coding and pricing for Family Care by collaborating with benefits, pricing, and encounters to help ensure successful contract requirements. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to analyze trends, develop reporting, and communicate insights to business partners, is strongly preferred. Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
