Elera Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist licensed in Maryland to provide pediatric occupational therapy through telehealth.

We work directly with primary care practices to connect patients with the specialists they need. We bring you patient referrals and support credentialing, scheduling, and insurance billing so you can focus on helping children and families build skills for everyday life.

What you'll do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy plans.
• Help children build daily living, fine motor, sensory processing, and functional participation skills based on their needs.
• Coach parents and caregivers on practical strategies and activities to support progress between visits.
• Provide follow-up therapy, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and coordinate with referring providers when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Comfort delivering care and coaching caregivers through telehealth.
• Experience in pediatrics, sensory processing, or activities of daily living preferred.
